Community guidelines
Everyone who publishes on TFB Collective agrees to these standards. When in doubt, choose transparency, professionalism, and respect.
Our standards
TFB Collective is a professional creative community. These guidelines describe what belongs on the platform and what does not. They are informed by the same core principles used on LinkedIn and Instagram: respect, authenticity, safety, and lawful conduct.
Be authentic
Use your real identity or clearly labeled brand presence. Do not impersonate others, misrepresent your work, or create duplicate or deceptive profiles.
Keep it professional and respectful
Treat others with dignity. Harassment, bullying, slurs, threats, and targeted abuse are not allowed. Debate ideas; do not attack people.
No hate or discrimination
Content that attacks people based on protected characteristics, including race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, or serious disease, is prohibited.
No violence or dangerous activity
Do not promote, glorify, or organize violence, criminal activity, or harm to yourself or others. Do not share instructions for dangerous or illegal acts.
Sexual content and nudity
Pornography, unsolicited sexual content, and exploitative material are not allowed. Artistic nudity may be removed if it is not appropriate for a professional public feed.
Spam, fraud, and deception
No spam, pyramid schemes, fake engagement, phishing, or misleading job or collaboration posts. Paid opportunities must be honestly described.
Intellectual property
Only post work you have the right to share. Respect copyrights, trademarks, and client confidentiality.
Privacy
Do not share private personal information about others without consent (doxxing). Respect boundaries in DMs and public posts.
Reporting and enforcement
Feed posts and profiles go live without pre-approval. If you see a violation, use Report on the post or profile. TFB reviews flags and may remove content or unpublish profiles that break these guidelines. Repeated or severe violations may result in account restrictions.
